The process of converting red chillies into red chilli flakes in our Desert Nomadic Organic farm is an interesting process, let us understand the whole process how the organic red chilli flakes are obtained. First of all, we collect our organically produced red chillies and select the best out of it. The next step is to sun dry these red chilli for 3-4 hours till the moisture is fully evaporated. Once the red chilli completely losses its moisture they are taken for the next step. In the next step the chillies are then put into Pastel (aukhli) and then beaten by Mortor (Musl). This process is done by hard working village women. Red chillies are continuously beaten until they are converted into flakes. This keeps the proper nutrition value intact of our species (chilli flakes).
